Stealing Carbs

Morning Weigh in: 62.8kg

Not too sure why recently but I have been stealing carb foods. Potato chips yum. Sauces yum. Ice cream yum. If I had skipped on all those I would have well reached my target carb gram a day.

I figured however base on the cultivation of the better habits I got, it seems easier to find SUBSTITUTES for what I am used to eating than forcing myself to forgo the foods. Also best to plan my meal times or food intake in accordance to my expected outing trips with friends to save stress. Like, I can give up eating rice, noodles and such because I sub with soups that also fill me up in the same effect in the tummy. I can give up drinking soda cos I drink diet soda. And I normally can give up stupid snacks I've started liking to eat because there are peanuts. I can eat chips too-- but those are high carb when eaten too much and the salt is addictive-- better to go back to nuts and cheese.

So what is the sub for ice-cream? Don't know but so far note that vanilla flavors and soft-serves are not as "bad" as the others.Am going to do some research. For the day before and yesterday, here's the diet content:
