Weight Loss RELOAD!

I have been lazy for almost 1.5 months now. From Aug 11, when I got married, I was at 65 kg. Almost two months since then I lost another 2.5 kg-- but I only just gained back one kilo last week.

My original goal was to reach 45 kg by the time Dec 4 comes-- but due to all my lack of discipline, I guess I have to push back the goal date a little. I was using excel to record my food and carb intake, but since I would always write some comments at the side, thought that I might as well use a blog.

Ok! This is Day One! By my calculation, if I were to continue losing 1 kilo per week, I should reach 55 kg.
The plan is simple: Keep carbs to 40-60grams, walk around as much as possible, do some cycling whenever I can. Will step up the diet and exercise intensity only by the time I reach the 50s, because I know myself too well-- I cant keep a long term 20min a day exercise plan lols.

Today:

Breakfast:
Cafe21 Coffee, 7 grams, 70 cal

:Lunch
Yong Tau Hu, 15 grams, 160 cal

Throughout
Venti Latte, 24 grams, 160 cal

Snack
Chips, 15.5 grams, 60 cal

Dinner
Soup with meat
Seasoned meat cube and vegetables 10 grams, 160 cal

Total: 71.5 grams, 610 cal

Verdict: Carbs were too high for my body to burn my own fat. Need to stop being spoiled and get back to normal Cafe21 Coffee. Chips should be banned too to keep it below 60 grams. Also I plan to keep this blog at least until I reach 55kilos. Ideally I should push on until I reach the forties, because not only is it healthy, I also know that is the weight that I look best in. I certainly don't lack determination, but I know I lack patience, so another hope I have for this blog is that by having this I could remind myself that I want to do this for me, and as long as I don't give up, I will reach the goal some day.
